2025 대만 선교 여행 Day 3 (2025.5.29)
행복과 은혜가 가득했던 타이중에서의 3일차 이야기!
Day 3 in Taichung — Filled with Joy and Grace!
금세 대만 날씨와 일정에 적응했는지, 모두 뽀얀 얼굴로 기상했습니다. 아침 일찍 호텔 조식을 함께 먹으며 하루를 시작했어요.
Everyone seemed to have fully adjusted to the weather and schedule here in Taiwan, as we all woke up bright and refreshed. We started the day with a hearty breakfast together at the hotel.
이른 아침, 타이중 감리교회에 모여 오늘의 사역을 위해 함께 기도하는 시간을 가졌습니다. 예배 공간을 정돈하고 공연을 연습하는 모습에서 기대와 열정이 느껴졌어요.
Early in the morning, we gathered at Taichung Methodist Church to pray for the ministry ahead. There was a sense of excitement and energy as we tidied up the space and rehearsed for our performances.
타이중 유치원 친구들이 교회에 모여 백승민 선교사님의 말씀을 귀 기울여 들었습니다. 이어서 저희 팀을 위해 준비한 귀엽고 감동적인 무대를 선보여주었어요. 얼마나 사랑스러웠는지 몰라요! 🥹
The children from a local Taichung kindergarten came to the church and listened attentively to a message from Missionary Baek Seung-min. They even prepared a sweet performance just for our team — it was heartwarming and adorable!
MICS 학생들의 공연이 본격적으로 이어졌고, 은율이의 멋진 중국어 무대는 모두의 환호를 받았답니다!
이어서 “하나님의 생기(Breath of God)”라는 주제로 키링 만들기 활동을 했어요. 하나 학생과 타이중 감리교회의 신지은 청년이 함께 아이들을 지도해주는 모습이 정말 인상깊어요.
The MICS students then took the stage for their performance. Eun-yul’s Chinese speech wowed the audience — haobang! 👍 Afterward, we held a keyring craft session with the theme “Breath of God” (Ezekiel 37:5). It was touching to see Hana and Taichung youth leader Shin Ji-eun guide the children with such care.
아이들과 함께 찬양하고 춤추며 보낸 시간은 모든 팀원들에게 큰 힘과 기쁨이 되었어요. 하나님의 사랑이 아이들에게도 전해지기를 소망하며, 모두의 얼굴에 웃음이 가득했답니다.
Singing and dancing with the little ones brought so much joy and energy to our team. We hope God’s love was shared through every moment we spent with them, and everyone left with smiles on their faces.
운치와 낭만이 살아있는
Rainy day in taichung …💕
점심에는 선교사님 부부, 교회 목사님과 성도분들, 저희 팀이 함께 맛있는 파스타와 리조또를 먹으며 교제의 시간을 가졌어요. 비가 오는 타이중의 풍경과 어우러져 마음까지 따뜻해지는 시간이었어요.
For lunch, we enjoyed delicious pasta and risotto with the entire mission crew in Taichung. The gentle rain outside made the warm fellowship even more special.
오후에는 타이중 국립미술관과 대만의 유명 디저트 가게 ‘궁원안과’를 방문했어요. 새로운 문화를 접하고 팀원들 간의 추억도 더해진 시간이었답니다.
In the afternoon, we explored the National Taiwan Museum and visited “Miyahara Ice Cream” famous for its ice cream. It was a meaningful time of bonding and cultural exploration.
저녁식사 시간
저녁에는 타이중 교회에서 찬양집회를 가졌고, 대만어 찬양 속에 성령님의 은혜가 가득했습니다. 이어진 댄스 타임에서는 모두가 함께 어깨를 들썩이며 즐거운 시간을 보냈어요!
That evening, we held a worship night at the church, singing Taiwanese praise songs. It was a Spirit-filled time of grace. And of course — dance time followed! Everyone joined in joyfully!
집회가 끝난 후에는 게임을 하며 타이중의 청소년, 청년, 어른들과 더 가까워지는 교제의 시간을 가졌습니다.
After the worship, we spent time playing games and building friendships with the youth and adults of the Taichung community.
오늘은 유독 빡빡한 일정이었지만, 모두가 하나 되어 마치 한 몸처럼 움직이며 은혜 안에 사역을 마무리할 수 있었어요. 걱정 속에서도 끝까지 힘을 낼 수 있어 감사했고, 오늘의 만남과 복음이 아이들의 마음에 남길 소망하며 내일을 기대해봅니다!❤️
Although today’s schedule was especially full, our team moved as one — united in purpose and grace. We’re thankful for the strength to carry through, and we end the day praying the gospel took root in the hearts of the children. Looking forward to what Day 4 brings!
