Mission Statement

 

MICS Pilgrim Academy 는 하나님을 경외하는 다음세대를 세우고, 신앙과 학문을 배우고 익혀 성경적 세계관을 갖으며, 하나님 나라와 세상을 섬기는 지도자가 되도록 가르치고 훈련한다.

 

Our mission is to raise up a God-fearing generation and train them to serve God’s Kingdom and the world as faithful and competent leaders.

 

1.    십자가 - 예수그리스도

 

우리는 예수 그리스도가 세상의 구원자이며, 인생의 중심임을 믿는다.  

Jesus Christ and the Cross.

We believe that Jesus Christ is the Savior of the world and the center of our life.  We will instruct the students to have genuine faith in Him and live Christ-centered lives.

2.   하나님의 말씀

 

우리는 성경이 하나님의 말씀임을 믿으며, 말씀의 진리를 신앙과 삶의 기초임을 믿는다.

The Bible.

We believe that the Bible is the written Word of God. We will teach the students to lay a firm foundation on it and to be guided by the truth in all ways.

 

 

3.    시온산- 예배와 거룩성

 

우리는 예배를 통해 하나님을 경험하고, 경건의 실천을 통해 온전한 신앙과 올바른 성품을 갖게 됨을 믿는다.  

Worship & Holiness.

We believe that worship is the way of Spiritual formation and character development. We will train the students to be a part of worship on a regular basis.

 

4.   검- 실력과 리더쉽

 

우리는 하나님의 나라와 세상을 섬기기 위해 실력과 지도력을 갖춘 인재를 양성하는 일에 최선을 다한다.

Competence and leadership.

We believe that the students should be equipped to be influential leaders to serve God and the world. We will encourage the students to achieve academic excellence and pursue the necessary skills.

 

5.     지팡이-청지기적 사명과 섬김의 리더쉽

우리는 교회와 지역사회, 나아가 창조 세계를 섬기도록 부름 받았다는 것을 믿으며 학생들이 이웃과 자연, 그리고 세계를 품고 섬기는 지도자가 되도록 훈련한다.

 

Stewardship & Servanthood.

We believe that all are called to serve the church, the community, and the creation. We will guide the students to serve their neighbors and the world with stewardship and a servant's heart.
