" 무너진 성벽을 재건하라" 

 

봄학기에 우리는 말씀과 예배로 우리 자신의 삶과 공동체를 세우기 위해 함께 걸어왔습니다. 우리는 하나님이 거하시는 성전이고 그리고 우리의 내면은 말씀으로 견고하게 세워져야 합니다. 이제  가을학기를 맞이하며  말씀의 기반을 더욱 견고히 하여 말씀의 원칙 위에 우리의 삶의 여러 곳을 살펴보고 어디가 무너져 있었는지 어떤 잘못된 습관들이 터를 잡고 있는지 점검해 보아야 할 것입니다. 그리고 잘못 세워진 것들을 허물고 하나님 보시기에 허물어져 있었던 나의 삶의 영역들은 새롭게 건설해 나가야 할 것입니다.  우리 자신이 하나님이 거하시는 도성임을 깨달아  타락한 세상 속에 휩쓰리지 않고 강하고 견고한 하나님이 거하시는 성을 보호하는 실질적인 벽- 생활습관, 태도, 언어, 학습 - 을 세우는 여러분 되시기를 기도합니다.

 

During the spring semester, we have walked together through Scripture and worship to establish our lives and community. We are the dwelling place of God, and the foundation of our inner selves must be firmly rooted in His Word. As we embrace the autumn semester, let's strengthen the foundation of the Word, examining various aspects of our lives in light of its principles. Let's identify where things may have crumbled and wrong habits have taken root. It's time to dismantle what was built wrongly and reconstruct the areas of our lives that were crumbling before the eyes of God. Recognizing that we are the citadel where God resides, may you stand strong amidst the fallen world, building tangible walls of strength and resilience - in daily habits, attitudes, language, and learning. This is my prayer for all of you.

또한  새로운 여정을 시작하면서 우리가 하나임을 기억하며 성만찬을 진행합니다. 이 연합은 하나님의 기적을 이루는 그릇입니다. 서로에 대한 신뢰를 바탕으로 한 사랑의 연합은 반드시 지켜져야 합니다. 그 강력한 연합속에서 하나님은 우리에게 필요한 사랑과 은혜를 지속적으로 공급하시며 우리를 치유하시고 세우시고 성장시키실 것입니다. 

As we embark on this new journey, let's hold onto our sense of unity and come together for a beautiful moment of Holy Communion. This connection we share is like a vessel for the incredible wonders of God. Let's treasure the love that binds us, built upon trust in one another. Remember, this powerful bond deserves our care. Within this special union, God will keep showering us with the love and grace we require. He will mend, strengthen, and guide us as we continue to grow.

10:40 Membership Training-- Outing to Gongju Fortress

 

옛 선조들이 도성을 지키기 위해 쌓았던 산성을 탐방하고 걸어보면서 우리 내면에 무너진 성을 새롭게 건설하는 것의 의미 그리고 가정에 무너진 성벽을 건설하는 것의 의미 그리고 공동체의 성벽을 건설하는 것의 의미를 되새겨 봅니다. 

As we explore and walk through the fortress that our ancestors built to defend the city, we reflect on the meaning of rebuilding the fallen walls within ourselves, reconstructing the collapsed walls in our homes, and the meaning of constructing the spritual walls of community.
